These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vacanti AI, an AI-powered job hunting workspace operated for users in Australia. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
01Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Vacanti AI you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02Description of the service
Vacanti AI aggregates job listings from sources such as Adzuna and partner career pages, scores each listing against your profile, and uses AI to help you prepare resumes, cover letters, screening-question drafts, company research, and warm-introduction requests. Features available depend on your subscription plan.
03Account registration
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, to keep your credentials confidential, and to be responsible for activity under your account. One account per person. We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information or are used in breach of these Terms.
04Subscription and billing
Vacanti AI offers a Free tier and a paid Pro tier. Pro is a single subscription with selectable billing periods (1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months), priced in Australian dollars (AUD) and processed by Stripe. New Pro subscriptions include a 3-day free trial that requires a valid credit card; to prevent abuse, the same card cannot start a trial on more than one account. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep Pro access until then. Except where required by the Australian Consumer Law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape or copy the service, reverse engineer it, resell access, upload unlawful content, impersonate others, attempt to access another user's account, interfere with the service's operation, or use Vacanti AI to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend access for breaches of this section.
06AI-generated content
Resumes, cover letters, screening-question drafts, company research, and other AI outputs are generated by large language models and may contain errors or inaccuracies. They are suggestions only and are not legal, financial, or career advice. You are responsible for reviewing all AI output before submitting it to an employer or third party.
07Intellectual property
Vacanti AI, including the platform, design, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your profile and work history) and grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service.
08Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that you will receive job offers, that match scores or generated content will be accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
09Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid Vacanti AI in that period (or AUD 100 if you are on the Free plan). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost opportunities, lost income, or data loss.
10Termination
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that may cause harm to Vacanti AI or other users. On termination, your data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a prominent notice in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Vacanti AI after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and Vacanti AI submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any dispute arising from these Terms or the service.
